Who are we?
India Trade Promotion
Services, a division of Arabian Exposition Dubai, UAE, based exhibition and trade
promotion company , registered with Department of Economic Development,
Govt. of Dubai and Industry and Dubai Economic Department. ITPS is supported
and promoted in India by Communication and Manufacturing Association
of India, New Delhi.
What is
ITPS ?
ITPS is a unique and service oriented concept designed
to meet the business needs of the modern world.
Trade exhibitions are
widely recognized as the most effective way of marketing products
and services – especially in developing markets . But the sheer cost
of space , travel , accommodation and staff time means that the vast
majority of small and medium sized exporters simply cannot afford
a presence at all the overseas exhibitions they would like.
For the businessman
or woman who cannot devote the time and resources to participate in
large numbers of trade exhibitions overseas. ‘ITPS’ offers a low
cost , high return alternative that provides effective market penetration
at a fraction of the cost of full exhibition participation.

What events are included
?
Each year, ARABIAN
exposition organises a number of exhibitions throughout the Middle East
and Africa – details are on our website . These form the venues for
the ITPS under title of ‘ Best of India ’ shows . Forthcoming events
include : UAE ( Dubai) , Kenya & Tanzania. All the markets
we target are fast emerging , import –driven economies where trade
fairs are the best available tool for the generating business. The ‘
ITPS’ offers display , distribution and explanation of your promotional
literature. We will e-mail you details of all the business contacts
expressing as interest in your product/services at the exhibition .
This allows you to immediately follow up hot sales leads with named
contacts . We all know the difficulty of contacting a potential
new client “cold”- how much better to know that person you
are calling already knows your product or services and is already interested
in it? And ,if you wish , ‘ITPS’ team of experienced sales personnel
will negotiate sales on the spot – if you provide detailed price ,
delivery, commercial and technical information to us.
ITPS will also produce a show catalogue for each event which will
feature your products and company’s contact and activities. The will
be widely distributed at the exhibitions and a supply will be placed
with the local Chamber of Commerce library thus ensuring permanent advertising

For a further $ 200
per exhibition, and subject to negotiations, ITPS can offer display
of small volumes of samples on it’s stands at different exhibitions.

finally, remember that ITPS owns Permanent Catalogue Display facilities
around the year in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, further details of which

FEES & SERVICE
CHARGES:
An affordable annual
fee for registration as ITPS member is US$ 1,000 only
( US$ - one thousand only ) , In addition to this 2 to 5% commission
depending on the product and volume of orders procured through ITPS
stands in 3 international exhibition annually and ITPS Permanent Catalogue
Displays at Dubai. The expenses on Postage, Air freight , clearing forwarding
& handling charges on dispatching the catalogues to Arabian Exposition,
Dubai, UAE, and to the countries of exhibitions will be borne by members.
